Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, strategy, and production, to ensure that client's needs and goals are met. Prepare and present proposals, order forms, and reports to clients, and lead client meetings and presentations. Keep ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to ensure that the client stays ahead of the curve. Collaborate with the digital team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Achieve targets by effectively managing client budgets and resources. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager, or similar role in a marketing agency. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data and metrics. Experience in the related industry is a plus. Qualifications Physical Requirements:May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data. Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer. May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds. Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment. Work Environment:This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in Austin or Phoenix office 3 days per week.
