Provide over the top Guest Service to all Hotel Guests Retrieve dirty dishes and dining tables from guest hallways in a timely manner Transport dishes, utensils, linens and other dining items to dish washing area to be cleaned Polish brass, metal, and wood grain surfaces Collect dining pre-order door hangers from guest rooms Converse with Guests, answering questions and creating a welcoming environment. Work closely with Cashier and Waithelp Cast Members to ensure Guest Service is a top priority Resolve any concerns and calmly handle difficult situations Maintain cleanliness of your workspace and delivery area Basic Qualifications: You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role 1 years of serving or bussing experience in an upscale restaurant Demonstrated excellent Guest Service and service recovery abilities Strong interpersonal skills Sense of urgency and desire to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment Initiative to own and resolve Guest situations Preferred Qualifications: 2 years Room Service/ In-Room Dining work experience Alcohol Awareness Training (i.e. RVP, TIPS or equivalent) Previous work experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment 1 years in a 4/5 Star Hotel or Resort Additional Information: SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY - Our Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00 am while some may end as late as 3:00 am, 4:00 am or 5:00 am. Scheduling will require availability to work weekends, holidays, and have a flexible schedule when business requires.
