The Senior Product Manager (SPM), North America – On. Control, is responsible for leading downstream commercial strategy and execution to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and competitive differentiation for the Teleflex Interventional On. Control portfolio. This role owns North America commercialization plans, field enablement strategies, competitive positioning, and lifecycle optimization for coronary technologies. The SPM partners closely with North America Sales Leadership, Global Marketing, Clinical & Medical Affairs, Regulatory/ Quality, Operations, Finance, and Marketing Communications to accelerate adoption and exceed financial objectives. This position requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional teams by influence in a matrixed, environment, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies within a regulated medical device market. Principal Responsibilities North America Commercial Strategy & Revenue Ownership Develop and execute the North America annual marketing plan aligned to AOP revenue and margin targets Own commercial performance for designated product lines, including forecasting, pricing execution, and budget management Track performance versus targets; identify gaps and implement corrective action plans Drive portfolio optimization strategies to increase account penetration and procedural adoption Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to improve forecast accuracy and demand planning Field-Focused Execution & Sales Enablement Competitive Strategy & Market Intelligence Lead proactive communication strategy with the North America coronary sales organization Develop compelling sales tools, campaigns, competitive materials, and objection-handling resources Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all field-facing materials and channels Product Launch Leadership (North America) Maintain deep understanding of North America bone marrow and bone lesion market dynamics and adjunctive technologies Lead development and maintenance of competitive response strategies and claims matrices Customer & KOL Engagement Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders Support evidence dissemination and clinical value messaging in collaboration with Clinical & Medical Affairs Partner with KO - Ls to strengthen positioning Cross-Functional Leadership Lead cross-functional commercial initiatives across Sales, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Marketing Communications Influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization Ensure compliance of promotional materials through established review processes Education / Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field) 8 years of experience in medical device marketing, sales, or commercial roles Minimum 5 years of downstream product marketing experience Demonstrated success leading commercialization initiatives and product launches Experience supporting or working directly with North America sales organizations Specialized Skills / Other Requirements MBA or advanced degree Interventional Oncology, Radiology or Orthopedic experience Experience building economic value propositions and reimbursement positioning Experience managing large, revenue-critical product portfolios Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans Advanced analytical and critical thinking capability Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive alignment High accountability and results orientation Comfort operating in a regulated healthcare environment TRAVEL REQUIRED: up to 30%At Teleflex, we follow a comprehensive hiring process.
