1. Assist with financial statement preparation and consolidation of financial statements, including analysis of financial results and statements of cash flows .. EDUCATION: 1. 4-year degree in Business Administration/ Accounting .. CPA preferred. EXPERIENCE: 1. 5 years accounting experience .. Experience in Financial statement consolidation, including statements of cash flows .. Experience with bank payments and credit card processing preferred .. SEC reporting experience preferred.
