The IT Business Analyst serves as the technical bridge between raw system telemetry and strategic operational intelligence. Brings domain expertise of the business (marketing, clinic operations, back office operations, clinical, administrative, etc) relevant to expertise needed for the role. Builds the holistic end-to-end business case for concepts, understanding and communicating the value levers and product cost. Updates the business case based on feedback from the team. Communicates with the team on how the product is evolving based on feedback from customers using product features and technical capabilities built by engineers Helps navigate the business to unlock value. Partners with the Product Owner to understand, analyze, document and communicate program requirements. Articulates product value throughout the organization, tracks appropriate KPIs as a foundation. Remote eligible. Job Requirements. Required:Three (3) years of experience leading teams and business solutions analysis projects or products. Three (3) years of experience working in healthcare/medical environment. Two (2) years of experience providing business analysis for software engineering teams. Expert in SDLC, solid understanding of at least one methodology (Waterfall, Agile, etc)Experience in agile software delivery methods 1-3 years working directly with SQL queries on enterprise-scale datasets 1-3 years building dashboards from backend datasets in Google Looker. Preferred:Bachelors degree in programming, computer science, MIS or equivalent professional experience. Solid understanding of multiple agile methodologies. Where You'll Work. Inspired by faith.
