This position will assist with auditing work processes and managing projects. This is a professional level job where incumbents perform data audits and analysis, work procedure reviews, project management, conducting studies, or handling special projects. The Program Analyst position serves the Assessors' Office by maintaining policies, procedures, reports, and quality control programs. Essential Duties. Develop and maintain Power-BI Dashboards for analytics, metrics, and workflows. Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Provide end user support for hardware and software field tablet issues and updates. Develop and update report SQL scripts. Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis. Perform SQL data updates to assist with batch departmental processes. Stakeholder Engagement. Create tickets and facilitate resolutions. Coordinate public facing website updates. Technical support and process documentation. Assist with annual Assessors' processes, such as the creation of Notices of Assessment and the county-wide tax digest. Coordinate installation and testing of patches for department CAMA system software. Grade & Salary. Program Analyst I - Grade B 24(1) - From $51,575 to $59,300 Program Analyst II - Grade C 43(1) - $72,136 to $83,800 Minimum Qualifications. Program Analyst I - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a closely related field;or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Program Analyst II - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a closely related field. Two (2) years of professional auditing or analyst experience, including one year of project management experience;or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Preferred Qualifications. Two (2) or more years of professional experience with Power BI Development. Two (2) or more years experience with relational database such as SQL/ SQL Serve.
