Assists in the implementation and compliance of Exchange policies, producers and programs applicable to all direct and concession operations for their regional area. Conducts site reviews and assists local Exchange SBM's with contract requirements, new construction projects, business reviews, and all other operational aspects regarding all direct and concession personal services, commodity, vending operations and others as required. Attracts potential sources through the local community, trade shows and chamber of commerce. Reviews and analyzes financial statements pertaining to all businesses. Reports major problems and recommendations for improvement. Reviews and evaluates direct concession financial programs. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary. Six years of experience in a field environment with four years of services experience within the last seven years. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required. Or. Bachelor's degree and four years of experience in a field environment with two years of services experience at the field level within the last six years.
