Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Experience working in a collegiate athletic department. Professional communication skills to interact with the various publics. Basic Excel, Word, etc. skills
Job Duties and Other Information
Direct Football Operations. Assist Head Coach in all day-to-day operations as they arise. Direct report of all support staff members and manage weekly meetings. Assist Recruiting Coordinator in all day to day recruiting needs as they arise. Liaison to Admissions, Financial Aid and Compliance. Oversee all aspects of budget, travel, and team meals. Liaison to Training Room, Equipment and Strength Staffs. Liaison to facilities/maintenance. Liaison to Game Day Operations. Liaison to Southland Officials. Pro Scout Liaison. Complies with all NCAA rules and regulations as per the NCAA Compliance Manual. Assists NSU admissions office in identifying and recruiting students who are outstanding academically or in extracurricular activities other than athletics. Attends alumni functions and fundraisers as schedule permits. Participate in community activities that allow the promotion of sport, the department, and/or the University. Identify and cultivate potential donors to the athletic department and the University
