High school diploma or equivalent Non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas required! Strong customer service skills Familiarity with report writing Monitoring and surveillance experience Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen At least 3 years of face-to-face customer service experience (retail, hospitality, front desk, or other people-focused roles) Excellent attendance and reliability.
