Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift. Maintain operational procedures and post orders that are always available for emergency reference by staff Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately. Reconcile logs, shift responsibilities and patrols; review incident reports prior to submitting to Site Supervisor and/or Director and coordinate preliminary investigations Clearly and accurately record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and malfunctioning of equipment, to building and Titan management Provide the basis of a great work environment by treating staff with respect. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Minimum 21 years of age or older. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Excellent customer service, professionalism and communication skills. Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks. An understanding of basic computer skills. Experience with report writing and documentation. Experience with monitoring and surveillance. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
