Senior Data Scientist, Acquisition Marketing

Own end-to-end media modeling (MMM), from data preparation and model development, to validation, calibration, and stakeholder delivery Design, launch, and maintain incrementality testing frameworks, in partnership with paid media partners, including geo-holdout and platform-native lift study designs Translate model outputs into actionable budget allocation and channel investment recommendations Partner with channel leads to develop and maintain a structured learning agenda across paid media Automate recurring measurement processes to improve accuracy, scalability, and speed-to-insight Contribute to raising the analytical bar across the team through code review, documentation, and knowledge sharing What you have: 4 years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics, with meaningful time spent supporting paid media or acquisition marketing Proven ownership of MMM end-to-end Hands-on experience designing and running incrementality tests, including experimental design, execution, and results interpretation Experience working in app-based or DTC acquisition environments strongly preferred; sports real money gaming industry background a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred Exceptional communicator: able to explain modeling decisions and statistical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders Strong business judgment: you connect analytical outputs to commercial outcomes Collaborative: can act as a partner to Marketing, Finance, and Product teams, with experience working across functions to drive aligned decisions Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to scope and prioritize work independently Technical Skills Python: proficiency in modeling, statistical analysis, and automation (pandas, numpy, statsmodels, Py. MC or similar) SQL: advanced, including complex transformations and pipeline logic dbt: experience building and maintaining data models in a dbt environment Open-source MMM frameworks (Robyn, Meridian): hands-on experience strongly preferred Where you’ll live: While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates. #LI-Remote
