Fire Alarm Technician

Install, inspect, service, test, and maintain fire alarm and life safety systems across commercial and/or residential environments - Program, troubleshoot, and diagnose fire alarm system issues, including wiring, devices, and panel malfunctions - Perform inspections and ensure systems remain compliant with NFPA, local, and state regulations - Conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades to maintain peak performance - Complete service documentation, inspection reports, and work orders accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to identify and resolve technical concerns - Maintain company tools, equipment, and inventory in safe and operational condition - Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and industry best practices while on job sites Qualifications: - 2 years of experience in fire alarm installation, service, or maintenance preferred (commercial and/or residential experience considered) - Working knowledge of NFPA standards, fire alarm codes, and life safety systems - Experience with leading fire alarm systems such as Notifier, Siemens, EST, Simplex, Honeywell, or comparable platforms - NICET Level I certification (or higher) in Fire Alarm Systems preferred, though technicians of all experience levels will be considered - Ability to interpret wiring schematics, blueprints, and system layouts - Strong troubleshooting abilities with excellent attention to detail - Valid driver's license with a clean driving history - Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills What's Offered: - Competitive compensation based on experience and technical expertise - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, PTO, and more - Company vehicle, phone, tools, and equipment provided where applicable - Ongoing training, certification support, and opportunities for advancement within a growing organization For confidential consideration or additional information regarding this opportunity - or other positions within the fire protection industry - please send your resume to Jon.
