Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent quality and efficiency Perform surface preparation and finishing processes using automated machinery Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks to verify specifications Package, label, and stage finished products according to work orders Track production output and materials using logs and computer-based systems Perform basic equipment adjustments and report maintenance needs Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures within the warehouse and production areas Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read measurements and use basic inspection tools Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking Work Environment: Indoor, climate-controlled warehouse and production setting Required use of personal protective equipment Pay Details: $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401 K plan.
