This position provides remote service and technical support to employees at all Life Time locations through email and phone support. Service Desk Agents are often involved in the installation of corporate and club end-user technology, printer and device installation, and troubleshooting. Job Duties and Responsibilities. Interacts with the IT Advanced Support, Corporate Support and end-users to address issues. Manages call intakes and emails to the Service Desk, prioritizes work, and communicates with end-users or their agents regarding support efforts Provides support for desktop technologies including, end-user applications, operating systems, hardware, and peripherals Completes administrative tasks in support of Life Time’s request management processes (access requests, hardware and software requests) Position Requirements. Associate's Degree in Business or Technology (or related area) or equivalent combinations of education and experience. Must be able to support a flexible schedule (evening and weekend availability if necessary)Good documentation skills, including the ability to prepare simple documentation are highly desirable. Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Must have demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Polished presentation and communication skills are required, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Requirements.
