Responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of cloud-based infrastructure and services, with emphasis on Microsoft Azure. This role supports the design, implementation, and operation of cloud environments, ensures system reliability and performance, and contributes to the advancement of enterprise cloud capabilities. Essential Functions Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure environments. Implement and manage core Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity services. Support cloud migration initiatives from on-premises environments to Azure. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Ia. C) using tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform. Monitor system performance, availability, and security using Azure-native tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Defender for Cloud)Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to implement best practices. Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities/ Expectations Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Associate. Experience with hybrid environments (on premises Azure)Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)Experience with monitoring and logging tools in Azure ecosystems.
