This position offers a great opportunity to gain real-world experience while supporting Belmont’s Auxiliary Services. You’ll work in a collaborative team environment and assist with operations for dining, vending, the Bruin. Shop, Bruin. Books, and the Mail Center. Scheduling is flexible to accommodate class commitments; however, preference will be given to students who can work a minimum of 8 hours weekly between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Clerical and Office Support Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner Organize files, enter data, and maintain accurate department records Prepare simple reports or documents as needed Vending Operations Visit campus vending machines to ensure they are stocked and functioning properly Report issues promptly and follow up to confirm resolution Track service requests and maintain accurate logs Supporting Campus Dining Operations Monitor video surveillance and report unusual activity in dining and campus convenience stores Respond to technical issues in dining locations and assist with troubleshooting Assist with updates and basic testing for the Bruin. Eats mobile ordering platform Collect student feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement General Department Support Provide assistance with special projects and events within Auxiliary Services Support operations in areas such as Dining, Bruin. Shop, Bruin. Books, and the Mail Center as needed Assist with creation of marketing and promotional materials Handle sensitive student information with the utmost professionalism, ensuring all materials are managed and protected in accordance with confidentiality standards Be adaptable and ready to take on new tasks—every day can look a little different! Required Qualifications. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively with others Self-starter, able to manage and prioritize assignments and deadlines after receiving direction Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams; general knowledge of Canva preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Required Education. Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Required Experience. No experience required, but preference will be given to students interested in graphic design and marketing.
