EHS Leadership Lead site EHS programs and team Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations (air, water, waste, chemicals) Establish EHS KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement Support EHS strategy aligned with operational and business needs Regulatory and Audit Readiness Serve as primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and inspections Maintain continuous audit and inspection readiness with accurate, complete documentation Lead response to regulatory findings, including root cause analysis and corrective actions Incident Management and Systems Ensure all incidents, near misses, and hazards are reported, investigated, and resolved Lead root cause analysis and ensure effective corrective actions Maintain accurate, auditable EHS records and systems Track leading and lagging indicators to improve safety performance Environmental Risk Management Partner with Operations to identify and prioritize EHS risks, including those related to aging infrastructure Drive mitigation of facility-related risks such as exposure hazards, environmental conditions, and compliance gaps Ensure risks and corrective actions are documented, prioritized, and tracked to completion Safety Culture and Training Develop and implement EHS training programs Promote proactive hazard identification and employee engagement Build a strong, accountable safety culture across the site Operational Integration Embed EHS into daily manufacturing operations Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Facilities to support safe, compliant execution Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations Experience managing EHS programs, incidents, and regulatory interactions Preferred Qualifications ASP or CSP certification Experience in semiconductor, chemical, or high-purity manufacturing ISO 14001 / 45001 experience Why You'll Love Working at Tosoh Quartz Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Tosoh Quartz offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and long-term growth, including: Comprehensive health and wellness benefits $500 annual wellness reimbursement 401(k) with Company match Generous PTO accrual and 10 paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Dependent scholarship and education assistance Columbia Sportswear Employee Store access Additional perks that make Tosoh Quartz a great place to build your career All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
