This is accomplished by using technical skills for inbound and outbound support. With all these positions, we use mediums of email, phone, and video calls. Employees will use critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills to respond to student inquiries. Having a highly developed ability to verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner is vital. Casework represents a large majority of the employee’s responsibilities. (25%) Policy Review: Student Service Representatives will stay abreast with policy changes as indicated in the knowledge base. In a rapidly changing environment, it is crucial for them to remain up to date on standard procedures. Employees will be regularly evaluated on performance and how well they follow policies and procedures(25%) Administration: Student Service Representatives will participate in special projects and various administrative duties. - Percentages might change based on academic calendar or team assignment Required Education: Current CES Student at one of the following institutions Ensign College BYU-Pathway Worldwide BYU BYU-Idaho BYU-Hawaii (Living in Utah or Idaho) High School Diploma/ GED or Equivalent or current enrollment in Pathway.
