Manages a client portfolio supporting fee and deposit growth within the Business Banking and Small Business segments. Supports growth and development strictly via telephonic support focusing on increasing transactional activity. Is accountable for high call volumes driving successful interactions with clients and prospects within the segment. Coordinates referrals and specific business follow-up with assigned Business Banking relationship management officers and retail branches. Key focus on developing new business opportunities and potentially building on existing relationships resulting in increased services usage translating to fee and deposit growth. Accountable for revenue growth associated with key core products including but not limited to: Business Online Banking, Remote Check Deposit, ACH, Wire Transfer initiation and Fraud Services. Establishes solid working relationships with Business Banking partners and retail branches aligned at driving client penetration and increasing Atlantic Union's treasury services share of wallet. Provides support to clients and internal line of business partners on the use/sales of Treasury Services products. Provides relevant customer training as it relates to new product implementation and set up for new relationships. Continuously expands knowledge of bank products and internal systems. Provides market feedback around industry trends, product gaps and competitive influences. Builds working relationships with product, operations and client servicing partners to effectively drive more favorable client experiences. Organizational Relationship Position reports to Manager-Treasury Management Services. Position Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 year's previous job related experience in financial services sales with a concentration in Treasury Services / Cash Management sales or related support preferred. Knowledge & Skills Working knowledge of Treasury Services / Cash Management products. Demonstrated ability to sell financial services. Excellent written, oral, interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and respond to sales opportunities and deliver persuasive sales presentations. Ability to think strategically and work independently. Team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
