CBRE GWS deliversconsistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of thelifecycle, and across industries and geographies. - - About the Role: - - As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Supervisor, youwill supervise a team responsible for creating and implementing health, safety,and environmental programs for clients. This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday in Indianapolis,IN supporting day-to-day Health, Safety & Environmental program managementand facilities operations. Prefer experience in Environmental with water, air and refrigerantexperience. - - What You’ll Do: - - Assist in managing HSE programs and initiativesto meet regulatory requirements and client needs. Evaluate new and existing programs to assesssuitability and the need for changes. Support the process for monitoring injury,illness, and incident-related performance. Act as a resource to staff and internalcustomers as the subject matter expert. Oversee plans, playbooks, and procedures makingsure playbooks are current, complete, and effectively implemented. Identify opportunities to reduce costs whileenhancing the quality of services. Respond to customer member concernsregarding HSE matters. Establish work schedules and delegate tasks tostaff members. Resolve complex problems and identifyappropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. May establish new techniques to ensure the teamis able to meet its objectives. Has a direct impact on the team objectives aswell as the objectives of related teams. Ensure personal and team outcomes have apositive impact on customer objectives. Lead by example and model behaviors that areconsistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basicknowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus. - - What You’ll Need: - - High School Diploma or GED with 5 years ofjob-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experiencepreferred. In-depth understanding of a range of processes,procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basicknowledge of related job functions required. Requires the ability to explain complexconcepts or sensitive information. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Excellent organizational skills with amaster-level inquisitive mindset. - - About CBRE: - -
