Implement PBIS and preventative intervention strategies. Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development. Collaboration & Professional Growth. Participate in weekly professional development and professional learning communities. Collaborate with grade-level teams and instructional leaders to strengthen instructional practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the campus. Family Engagement. Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress. Lead parent-teacher conferences and maintain strong home-school partnerships. Minimum Qualifications. Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field. OR - Valid Arizona teaching certification in a relevant subject area. Additionally, candidates must:Demonstrate strong classroom management skills. Pass required background checks and obtain an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Demonstrate commitment to serving Title I and multilingual communities. Show strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction.
