Requirements Requirements--Regional Health Care Director Required: Current nursing license as RN (as required by state guidelines) to include annual continuing education requirements Required: Previous supervisor experience, preferably in a similar setting, which includes management, coaching and health care services. Required: Experience with quality management improvement, familiar with state regulatory requirements, problem solving, staff development skills, coaching and health care services Required: prior experience in multiple location leadership role
