2nd Shift Press Brake/Sheet Metal Fabricator - Start ASAP

Set up and operate CNC press brakes as well as CNC laser equipment. Run manual sheet-metal machinery. Perform cutting and shaping of raw metal into finished components. Use measurement tools and equipment to ensure accuracy within print tolerances. Minimize scrap and quality notifications through consistent workmanship. Complete frequent changeovers, troubleshooting, and machine adjustments. Effectively perform at least two fabrication processes within the department. Assist other operators with understanding quality standards. Support positive change and continuous improvement efforts on the production floor. Required Education & Experience. High school diploma or GED - Sheet-metal fabrication experience preferred. Previous press-brake operating experience preferred. Vocational or technical sheet-metal training preferred. Physical Requirements. Ability to stand for 90% of the shift. Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs (average part weight 5–15 lbs)Strong manual dexterity. Shifts & Hours 2nd Shift:3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday. Pay Rate$20.96 – $24.47 per hour Shift Differential, depending on experience. Next Steps.
