Ensure we operate and manage our Oracle Cloud environments in adherence with our security policies. Coordinate project activities and serve as liaison between vendor, project leaders, IT teams, and user groups Responsible for coordinating the review of quarterly release details to both project teams and internal resources. Develop and maintain instance plans, schedule activities with Oracle Support and communicate prod-to-test and test-to-test refreshes to all impacted stakeholders. Define access and data security policies including approval processes and use them to manage user access, including assigning roles and data access. Manage user data permissions, access, and activity define review and audit procedures and execute them periodically to validate end user accounts, permissions and access rights are valid and aligned to policy. Serve as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle PaaS platform administrator. Research and respond to system administration issues and triage tickets with escalation teams. Monitor and investigate system performance issues, identify, and resolve root causes. Work Schedule Benefits:Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt. Hourly Pay Range is $38.50 - $43.25 The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors. Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Qualifications:Bachelor or Associate’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems OR at least 1-2 years in Information Technology. Selected candidate will be expected to obtain Oracle certifications to support their career development. Experience working with Cloud Software administration, particularly Oracle Cloud Products (ERP, HCM, SCM)Experience providing end-user support for business users. Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. Experience in working with the Identity and Access Management features within OCI like creation of users, groups, policies, compartments, and Federation with identity providers. Knowledge integrating Oracle Cloud Applications with a broad range of 3rd party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud. OCI Certification Architect / Professional Project Management experience/certification(s)Work Location Details In-N-Out Burger plans to bring its west coast headquarters team back together under one roof by the end of 2029. After maintaining two Southern California office locations for many years, the company will permanently close its Irvine office in 2029 and once again headquarter the company’s western territory solely in Baldwin Park, California, where the company was founded in 1948. Newly hired Associates in Irvine will be eligible to participate in the group move to Tennessee with relocation assistance or work from our western headquarters in Baldwin Park, CA, upon its opening in 2029.
