We live that statement every single day. We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to help support that mission. POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Admin is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Manager. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Training, Performance Management, Policy Implementation, Benefits Administration, and Employment Law compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Administer various human resource plans and procedures for company personnel. - Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. - Support recruitment efforts for all levels of staff. - Manage and support the onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. - Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. - Support the company in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. - Assist in performance review processes and employee development initiatives. - Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and terminations. - Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database as needed.
