Manager of Compliance - Operations

You'll ensure our operations adhere to the highest standards of safety and compliance, making a significant impact on our organizational integrity and efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project & Bid Management, Training, Safety, and Operations), manage the Title 49, CFR, Part 217 program, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of inspecting, testing, and overseeing compliance in the field, but also maintaining documentation of training and qualifications performed by contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. We’ll look to you for: Inspecting, testing, and overseeing compliance in the field Maintaining documentation of training and qualifications performed of contractors, subcontractors, third parties, Authority, and public agency employees Ensuring contract compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and with Standards, Rules, Regulations, and Policies Performing field observations and audits Helping develop training curriculum, programs, testing, and qualification guidelines Collaborating with teams to enhance safety protocols and maintain a culture of safety All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
