What You'll Be Doing - Review plans, specifications, and bid documents for industrial and specialty construction projects - Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and proposals across multiple industrial scopes - Work closely with operations, project managers, vendors, and field teams - Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and preconstruction planning - Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding process - Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers - Support projects involving industrial coatings, scaffolding, insulation, specialty construction, and related industrial services ?? What We're Looking For - Experience estimating within industrial, mechanical, coatings, scaffolding, insulation, or specialty construction environments - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications - Strong understanding of industrial project workflows and operations - Relationship-driven mindset with strong communication skills - Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Industrial construction experience highly preferred ??
