Track and monitor the status of logistics support services provided in support of USCG Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Provide technical input to assist NIWC Atlantic with lifecycle logistics support for C 5 ISR systems on the WPB, WMEC, WHEC, WAGB, WMSL/ NSC, FRC, OPC, PSC, Shore/ Mobile platforms, DSF units, MFPU, and USCG Training Center platforms. Support Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements including Sustaining Engineering, Facilities and Infrastructure, Supply Support Readiness Based Sparing (RBS), Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), Total Asset Visibility (TAV), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Provisioning Technical Data (PTD). Work closely with NIWC Atlantic and USCG stakeholders to develop USCG-specific lifecycle logistics and ILS products. Provide logistics input supporting the development, maintenance, and execution of Configuration Management (CM) plans, specifications, and procedures, ensuring CM records support establishment and sustainment of complete ILS packages. Assist with establishment and maintenance of hardware and software configuration status accounting using CM - Pro and USCG-required CM databases. Support root cause analyses of in-service problems, including operational hazards, deficiency reports, parts obsolescence, corrosion effects, and reliability degradation. Assist with planning and execution of Physical Configuration Audits (PC - As). Provide software configuration management support for C 5 ISR systems across all supported platforms using CM - Pro and PLM relational database structures to establish and maintain baseline configurations. Collect, maintain, and update configuration and asset data within NTIRA to support lifecycle planning, configuration reviews, and modernization tracking. Assist in the development, maintenance, and update of equipment-specific technical documentation, including EILS - Ps, Job Aids, SOVT documentation, test plans and procedures, PICO/ PITCO documentation, and EC/ TCT - Os. Collaborate with NIWC Atlantic to develop and maintain required ILS artifacts, including nomenclature packages, provisioning data, technical manuals, and maintenance products. Support development and delivery of RCM products, Maintenance Requirement Cards (MR - Cs), Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs), Allowance Parts Lists (APLs), and associated logistics documentation. Assist with logistics metrics gathering and reporting, including Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Mean Logistics Delay Time (MLDT), Material Availability (MA), and Operational Availability (Ao). Maintain Total Asset Visibility (TAV) by tracking the location, movement, status, and identity of systems and equipment hardware. Assist with managing USCG hardware assets using Flexera and BMC Remedy, including Enterprise and Special Use IT (ESUIT) request fulfillment, waivers, and shipments. Assist with managing USCG software using USCG Flexera, Naval and Electronics Supply Support System (NESSS), Financial Procurement Desktop (FPD), SFLC Central, and various other USCG logistics systems. Provide logistics support to NIWC Atlantic in implementing the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) framework in accordance with the DHS Technical Review Guide. To be successful in this role, you will have: Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of DoD or DHS logistics experience. Active DoD Secret clearance is required to be considered. Demonstrated experience using CM - Pro, Flexera, and BMC Remedy. Strong technical writing, documentation, and data-analysis skills.
