This position provides technical support to the process of data management to an area or department. Under minimum supervision, this level employee performs assignments that are very complex. The employee exercises judgment in tasks and makes recommendations to internal staff and customers based on analytical evidence that result in operational improvements. Requires extensive knowledge of area supported. He/ She applies technical and analytical creativity in supporting departmental level issues and needs. Provides validity checks on data and may supervise lower level employees.
