The person in this position will solve data fragmentation issues by bridging workflows between the tax, accounting, and legal departments to ensure financial accuracy. By optimizing tax calculations and supporting controversy matters, this individual ensures the company maintains a robust and compliant tax posture in a fast-paced regulatory environment. What Success Looks Like (Objectives)Timely preparation of federal income tax returns to ensure total compliance with all regulatory filing deadlines. Accurate calculation of quarterly estimated tax payments to facilitate optimal corporate cash flow management. Seamless support for tax audits through the delivery of organized documentation and proactive assistance with controversy matters. Reliable execution of quarterly and year-end tax provision calculations to support corporate financial reporting OK - Rs. Strategic collaboration with external tax consultants to ensure the successful delivery of specialized tax projects. Application of AI tools to streamline tax data extraction and improve the speed of routine compliance tasks. Skills, Experience and Requirements. Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)Advanced proficiency in building complex financial models and utilizing high-level Excel functions for data analysis. Technical competence in corporate tax compliance software and data blending platforms like Alteryx. Professional communication skills required to partner effectively with accounting, legal, and external personnel. Ability to maintain organized workflows and reset priorities within a fluid, multi-project environment. Experience interpreting financial data for the purposes of provision calculations and estimated payment forecasting. AI literacy and the ability to apply automated solutions to improve tax department efficiency and data accuracy. Additional Qualifications. Exposure to, or interest in, One. Stream, Orbit Analytics, or similar enterprise performance management applications. Working knowledge of Longview or Corp. Tax platforms. Minimum Requirements. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or an equivalent field of study. Minimum Experience: 0-1 years of experience in corporate tax compliance within public accounting or a multinational corporate environment. Compensation: $63,150.00/ Year - $90,000.00/ Year Benefits.
