(Edward Jones) is seeking a Fund Administration Specialist II for our Proprietary Funds Operational and Board Oversight Team (PFOB), whose primary goals include supporting the board meetings of Bridge Builder Trust and Edward Jones Money Market Fund and managing various fund changes. As a member of the PFOB team, you will be interacting with multiple internal asset management teams and external service providers in the industry, as well as stakeholders across Edward Jones. What You Will Do: Manage Diligent Board Meeting Software, including building and maintaining board books for regular, supplemental and/or ad hoc meetings, administering the Board resource center, and creating trustee questionnaires and voting templates. Support the planning and execution of quarterly Board meetings by developing, updating, and distributing agendas and materials; managing meeting logistics; and coordinating presentations with internal and external presenters. Utilize Smartsheet or other business management tools to plan, track, and organize all phases of the quarterly Board meeting process. Oversee and coordinate fund communications and mailings with Broadridge or other designated service providers. Provide oversight of proprietary fund websites to ensure timely updates, regulatory compliance, and accuracy of client-facing information. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to prepare website materials, obtain required approvals, and publish updates. Administer and review portal and directory access for third-party vendors and internal users. Drive operational excellence through continuous focus on efficiency, process improvement, and risk mitigation. Contribute to process improvement initiatives across fund operations and accounting; maintain and update process documentation as enhancements are implemented. Assist with risk identification and mitigation by researching complex mutual fund matters and supporting cross-functional projects. Support oversight and relationship management of key service providers, including transfer agents, custodians, fund administrators, investment sub-advisers and overlay manager. Prepare ad hoc reporting and support special projects aligned with the Advisers responsibilities to the fund. Assist senior team members with advanced and routine assignments, including project management, workflow development, and regulatory initiatives. What Experience You Need: 2 years of related experience in financial services. Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent education and experience. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to create presentations and reports. Demonstrates very strong organization and time management skills to be able to meet deadlines. Highly detailed oriented with the ability to work in a group or independently, as needed. High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. What Could Set You Apart: Experience in the investment management industry with a strong understanding of investment concepts, practices, and operational processes, particularly those related to mutual funds. Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions, geographies, and external partners with professionalism, sound judgment, and maturity. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, with the ability to create clarity, exercise sound judgment, and deliver effective outcomes. Proficient in leveraging technology and software tools, including platforms such as Diligent and Smartsheet. Series 7 & 66 licenses Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
