Handle incoming billing/payment calls (ACI) in a professional and efficient manner. Assist customers with account inquiries and payment processing. Provide bilingual support (Spanish/ English) as needed. Maintain a high level of customer service and accuracy. Follow all company procedures and training guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS - Fluent in English and Spanish. Previous call center or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to complete training and adhere to set schedules. Reliable attendance and commitment to performance standards. PAY RATE$17 per hour.
