Ensure standard operating procedure (SOP) parts are placed on designated shelves with the open Repair Order (RO) clearly attached.\n\t\n\n\n. Order Processing\n\n\n\t\n\t. Parts Ordering: Complete daily parts ordering by running the restock order report via Dossier and cross-referencing the "Minus" report.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Special Request Fulfillment: Monitor and print special-order parts requests from the e. Blotter parts tab throughout the day to ensure technician needs are met.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Purchase Orders (POs) & Invoicing: Receive and process POs and invoices efficiently in both Oracle and Dossier management systems.\n\t\n\n\n. Returns & Warranty Management\n\n\n\t\n\t.
