Allied Universal is hiring a Unarmed Security Professional - Retail to serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. Site Location: Atlanta Ga 30315 Employment Type: Full Time Starting Base Pay Rate: $25 / hour Availability: Open availability to work all shifts and days of the week RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information. Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information. Preserve order and enforce rules, regulations, and directives for the viability of the site. Greeting guests and employees, assisting where appropriate; escorting visitors and contractors, secure ingress and egress points, secure classified information. Follow-site specific performance manuals and post orders, reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via oral and written communication; interacting with client and/or other security personnel regarding order execution when appropriate. Respond to and assesses security alarms or emergency alarms; act as a first responder in emergency situations and provide first aid as necessary. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 21 years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience 3 years of prior law enforcement, military, adult corrections or armed security experience is required. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
