This work includes activities such as running pipeline cleaners, ROW maintenance, and DOT pipeline compliance. Employee(s)in this position will have environmental and safety activities associated with their responsibilities. - This position requires the successful completion of an online assessment. What You'll Do: Conducts pipeline pigging, hydrate management, etc. Responsible for startup and shut down of pipelines during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance activities. Maintains pipeline ROW such as markers, signs, and vegetation exposures. Assists in One-Call - Pipeline Locating, encroachment, excavation & Crossings Maintains records in accordance with Pipeline regulatory requirement. Maintains records in accordance with environmental compliance requirements. Performs maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment such as block valves, control valves, manual valve actuators, various types of pumps and injection systems. Performs work with minimal supervision. Ability to navigate through various software programs associated with I-pads, mobile phones or laptop computers. What You’ll Bring – Required: Legally authorized to work in the job posting country High School Diploma or GED Maintain a valid driver’s license Willing and able to with or without reasonable accommodations: Lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Occasionally exerts pulling/pushing force of 130 pounds. Regularly stoops, squats, kneels, and crouches for durations up to 30 minutes. Works extended hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Available and able to work on-call schedules. Works safely near large, hot, high-speed machines. Works in conditions that include inclement weather. Has extensive knowledge of computer operations. To wear personal protective equipment such as, flame-retardant clothing, eye protection, hearing protection, steel toed boots, and hard hats. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $70,200 - $99,000 At Phillips 66, we are committed to pay transparency and competitive, equitable compensation. Midstream The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. Our capabilities include extensive natural gas gathering and processing operations, enhancing our wellhead-to-market strategy. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
