One year of technical school and two years of job-related work experience including customer service in an office setting and/or clerical work. Work experience should be made up bookkeeping and accounting with an emphasis in either individual income tax or investigative research. Training in bookkeeping, accounting, or using computer applications is preferred. Other combinations of education and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis.
