How you’ll make an impact in this role Ensure patient safety by precisely selecting, dosing, and dispensing medication orders across specialized clinical areas (e.g., nuclear medicine, oncology, cardiology). Review and assess all medication orders to proactively identify and resolve potential drug-related problems, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Serve as a pharmacy subject matter expert, providing essential clinical guidance to leadership and contributing to best practice standards. Communicate with physicians and clinical staff to facilitate integrated patient care and deliver critical drug information and education. Lead and oversee technical personnel involved in medication preparation and dispensing, maintaining accuracy and efficiency across pharmacy operations. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required. Education:Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required. What
