How you’ll make an impact in this role Manage capital healthcare projects from planning through construction, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, budget, and strategic functionality within project constraints. Develop and implement standardized construction management policies and procedures to build a consistent national operational framework. Enforce strict healthcare safety measures, building codes, and accreditation regulations while overseeing quality control and warranty management. Define project roles and foster seamless collaboration among hospital staff, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients. Monitor and report on comprehensive project health indicators, including budget burn, earned value, slippage, and overall completion timelines. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed Construction Professional preferred. Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC). Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) accepted. Education:High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/ Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required . years of leadership or management experience preferred.
