Perform detailed margin analysis across products and key customer segments. Analyze production costs, standard costing, and manufacturing variances. Partner with operations to review and update standard costs (labor, materials, scrap, freight, etc.)Conduct financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. Monitor and report on inventory levels, obsolescence, and slow-moving items. Investigate inventory variances and collaborate with plant teams for resolution. Analyze purchase price variances and cost fluctuations. Provide weekly production and labor performance metrics. Prepare flash reporting to give timely visibility into plant performance between monthly closes. Support continuous improvement initiatives through ROI analysis and tracking. Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations. Support preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting packages. Collaborate on annual audit activities. Participate in the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles. Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. Partner with plant leadership to align financial and operational goals. Work closely with plant leadership, operations, supply chain, and finance teams. Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis. . The Successful Applicant. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Exposure to cost accounting, inventory, and plant operations. Experience working with ERP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
