Corporate Security General Associate Manager

Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance Corporate Security. Identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customers. Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security management. Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with Vendors, Colleagues and managers. Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security. Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff. Required Qualifications:4 years of Corporate Security experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 1 year of Leadership experience. Desired Qualifications:Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment. Experience in crisis management communications. Job Expectations:Physical presence and each employe in this role must work onsite at the location posted or other assigned office.
