Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the Content Assembly Agent, ensuring it supports end-to-end campaign content assembly needs across channels. Act as a marketing content subject-matter expert, applying deep knowledge of disclosures, creative assets, brand standards, personalization, and channel constraints to guide product decisions and prioritization. Define and prioritize the agent backlog, translating marketing strategy, campaign intent, compliance requirements, and operational needs into epics, user stories, and clear, testable acceptance criteria for content assembly logic, rules, and outputs. Partner closely with engineering, AI/ ML, analytics, and design teams to deliver capabilities such as modular content composition, variation handling, template resolution, and channel-specific rendering. Lead the development of assembly logic and orchestration contracts that enable the agent to consume inputs from upstream systems and produce structured, activation-ready outputs aligned to campaign workflows. Ensure enterprise-grade reliability, observability, and quality through SLAs, telemetry, logging, testing, and evaluation focused on content accuracy and policy adherence. Embed Responsible AI and governance controls, including human-in-the-loop review workflows and explainability of assembly decisions. Collaborate with Marketing, Legal/ Compliance, Risk, and Info. Sec partners to ensure assembled content meets brand and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous discovery and feedback loops with campaign managers and marketing operations teams. Define and track product success metrics, including content reuse, time-to-launch, compliance pass rates, and campaign performance. Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer. Required Qualifications:7 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Demonstrated experience translating marketing content and operational needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria. Hands-on familiarity with marketing content and campaign workflows, including offers, disclosures, creative assets, and personalization. Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, including LL - Ms and agent-based architectures. Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results Experience delivering platform-scale capabilities that support reuse and configurability. Deep familiarity with modular marketing content models, dynamic templating, and channel-specific constraints. Experience operating in a regulated enterprise environment. Knowledge of Responsible AI and human-in-the-loop workflows. Experience partnering with brand, creative, or marketing operations teams. Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels.
