Your Work Matters. As a Kitchen and Bath Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role behind the scenes of every successful customer project and product launch. From managing vendor communication and purchase orders to supporting stores and resolving order issues, your work keeps products moving, teams aligned, and customers informed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration—where attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction and business performance. Your Day Consists Of. Working closely with stores to ensure they are providing valuable feedback and direction by supporting calls and requests. Supporting assigned Buyer and product groups according to the financial goals and objectives of the company. Ensuring all vendor and product documentation is complete and on file with required departments including Vendor Onboarding, Vendor Buying Agreements, and EDI setup. Working directly with vendors including international, domestic, and commodity partners to manage purchase orders, logistics, distribution, and discrepancies. Engaging management and store teams to ensure all product data remains current and accurate including new SKU setup, collection, keying, and SKU data integrity. Performing timely and accurate data entry of purchase orders, proformas, and vendor information on a daily basis. Researching and reconciling invoice and receiving discrepancies while coordinating with the accounting department on vendor account and payment information. Maintaining strong organizational and follow-up skills to consistently manage, track, and communicate information related to projects, sales, and program feedback. Utilizing and managing Floor & Decor applications including the Proprietary Orders Portal, Quick Quote Estimator, and POS system. Collecting customer payments, finalizing sales, tracking paperwork, and ensuring completed sales are properly closed and delivered. Providing daily order management support with customers and internal and external partners to address questions, resolve issues, and facilitate the order process in a timely manner. You’ll Be Successful With. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Two (2) years of sales, design, or project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the role. Minimum of one (1) year of retail experience preferred. Account management experience is a plus. Knowledge of countertop installation, fabrication, or kitchen remodels is a plus. Excellent customer service, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and basic computer systems. Self-motivated approach with the ability to manage priorities, follow through, and support multiple business partners. Willingness to work retail hours.
