We are looking for a results-driven senior biologics leader with extensive experience driving strategy, development, and commercialization of innovative therapies within highly regulated medical device and life sciences environments. Proven success leading cross-functional teams, scaling biologics portfolios, and aligning R&D, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing operations to accelerate product delivery and business growth. Recognized for building strategic partnerships, optimizing operational performance, and advancing patient-centered solutions through data-driven decision-making and strong executive leadership. A Day in the Life:Leads the development of Medtronic Spine Biologics market requirements for allografts, Growth factors/ BMP, synthetics, cellular bone matrix and demineralized bone matrix. Focuses effort and drives team around biologic technology, procedural integration, proliferation brands. Leads and coordinates spine biologics product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities. Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities. In market biologics expertise and training program creation to simplify biologics for field teams. Works individually and with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. Review acquisition opportunities in the fusion and biologic space. Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place. Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships. Responsibilities may also include: coordinating trade show activities, website development, developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions. Must Have:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field .5 years combined or advanced degree with 13 years relevant experience in two or more of the following functions: marketing, market development, sales, field training or other relevant areas. Nice to have:Master’s degree/ MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field strongly preferred. Strong people leadership, collaboration, communication, presentation and execution skills focused on team, patients and business success. Strong understanding of spine and biologics therapies. Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation and financial analysis skills. Experience with project management/project leadership, excellent planning and organizational skills coupled with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently. Experience in multicultural organizations. Proven track record of ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization. Excellent spoken and written English is required. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C. F. R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required. Physical Job Requirements.
