As VP, Fixed Income Investor Relations:Assist in the development and execution of State Street’s fixed income investor relations strategy in collaboration with senior IR leadership. Help organize and execute fixed income investor events, including roadshows and conferences as required. Contribute to the creation of fixed income investor materials including presentations and management Q&A documents as required, ensuring messaging is analytically driven and aligned with corporate strategy. Assist in managing relationships with buy-side and sell-side credit analysts, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of public information. Monitor and analyze fixed income market trends and investor sentiment to shape the firm’s messaging and engagement strategy. Serve as a resource to senior leadership on fixed income market dynamics and investor expectations. Track and analyze trading activity, credit spreads, and investor behavior to inform IR strategy. Help inform funding strategy and capital planning through investor feedback and market analysis. Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Legal and other teams on the execution of debt issuances. Support interactions with credit rating agencies. Help ensure consistent messaging between rating agencies and debt investors. Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and disclosures. Ability to establish new relationships quickly, both internally and externally. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-sensitive deadlines and multiple demands. A highly ethical individual with a clear and thorough understanding of Regulation FD and all applicable securities rules and regulations is imperative. Must also adhere to all State Street compliance procedures and internal operations risk controls in accordance with all regulatory standards, requirements and policies. Remains current on economic, political, regulatory, financial industry regulations, stock market outlook and other topics important to the operations of State Street. Education & Preferred Qualifications. A minimum of 8 years of experience within the following areas: investor relations, ratings agency research, fixed income credit analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking with a focus on financials. Fixed Income experience a plus. A high level of numeracy with a detailed knowledge of bank financial analysis and fixed income valuation techniques. CFA or equivalent qualification highly preferable. Proven success of being able to work independently with an owner’s mindset, while also being an energetic and collaborative team player with a proactive can-do attitude. Demonstrate high attention to details and adapt quickly to work in a fast-paced environment. An uncompromising ability to maintain strict confidentiality, exercise sound judgment and the highest level of discretion in handling material non-public information. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to be a credible adviser to senior stakeholders. Ability to develop an excellent network of relationships within an organization. Strong presentation skills, with detailed knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel. Salary Range: $120,000 - $202,500 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
