As Software Developer you willo Participate in the daily delivery of ETF Servicing, supplying minor enhancements, Level 4 (L 4) oversight, and converting support trends to platform improvementso Work independently to develop, test, and debug ETF software enhancements and solutions within the business and technical problem domainso Develop, test, debug, and implement software programs, applications and projects using cloud computing tools and other related software engineering languageso Write unit and automation tests to ensure a high-quality end producto Participate in code reviewso Actively participate in the agile software development process by adhering to the scrum methodology including attending all daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectiveso Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs as needed and come up with solutions. Education & Preferred Qualificationso Commercial software development, proficient in developing multi-tier solutionso BS/ MS in Computer Science or equivalent fieldo Knowledgeable of commercial software development,o Professional PL/ SQL and Java development experienceo Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), good interpersonal skillso Ability to gather and understand requirements in the financial sectoro Able to work well with peers in a collaborative team environmento Experience working with an Agile development methodology is desired. Additional requirementso Ability to analyze ETF business requirements and develop solutions to the business needso Strong communication skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly responsible.o Strong collaboration skills, working with multiple teams in various locations in an agile environment. Salary Range: $90,000 - $157,500 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
