What You’ll Do. Follow a daily assigned route within your territory. Prepare and install services such as: Attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, Gutter protection systems and Radiant heat barriers. Complete all required service-related documentation. Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride. Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces. Operate a company vehicle safely. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions. Perform duties in all weather conditions What You’ll Earn. Pay of USD $20 to $23 hourly. Paid training with opportunity for pay increases and promotions. Qualifications. What You’ll Need to Succeed. No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro! High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers.
