Human Resources Advisor Senior Lead - HR for HR

Serve as strategic business partner to senior leaders, focused on developing, directing, and implementing human capital priorities and staying at the forefront of HR practices and strategies. Deliver expert HR advisory and consulting in areas such as organization design, talent management, headcount and financial management, coaching, and employee engagement, in line with business priorities as well as enterprise guidance and policy. Lead, influence, and indirectly manage HR professionals to drive integrated and efficient execution of HR processes such as compensation, discipline, hiring, performance management, and reductions in force. Partner with leaders across the HR function to contribute to comprehensive HR solutions that fulfill enterprise objectives and enable HR to evolve with marketplace and client needs. Anticipate, evaluate, and respond appropriately to local and international developments that impact HR policy and practices, and identify and resolve complex and varied HR issues. Recommend staffing levels and ensure HR offerings are aligned to support the organization's needs. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervising the activity of others and creating accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Qualifications:10 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Demonstrated experience delivering HR strategies and solutions for a large, globally dispersed, and multi-functional workforce. Demonstrated experience managing organizational design. Clear and concise written and verbal communication, and excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high level of change and learning agility. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, trusted advisory relationships with business leaders. Proven track record of building and leveraging relationships across broader HR function to drive a cohesive, connected HR experience for client groups.
