Improve process yield, quality, and manufacturability while reducing cost and operational complexity. Lead and participate in cross-functional continuous improvement and root-cause problem-solving activities. Develop, adapt, and qualify processes and toolsets for new semiconductor devices. Sustain and optimize established manufacturing processes in high-volume production. Apply statistical methods and SPC to monitor and improve process performanceSupport factory throughput, efficiency, and environmental performance goals. Safely operate and process wafers in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Represent the organization on projects and, as appropriate, provide technical or project leadership to less-experienced team members. Required Qualifications. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline 0–3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with exposure to Dry Etch, Wet Etch, and/or Clean process technologies. Ability to analyze complex problems, develop technical solutions, and support technology transfer and tool qualification. Demonstrated ability to work with limited direction, identify issues, and define approaches to resolution. Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC), manufacturing throughput, efficiency, and engineering statistics. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to effectively communicate with and influence diverse audiences ranging from technicians to senior leadership. Proven ability to contribute to organizational goals and drive improvements in quality, productivity, throughput, cost, and process robustness. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to all safety and environmental requirements.
