Install and decommission servers, network devices, storage systems, and related hardware in Data Center. Rack and stack equipment, connect power and network cables, and label assets accurately. Perform basic hardware break/fix, diagnostics, and component-level replacements (disks, power supplies, memory, NI - Cs, etc.)Monitor systems and respond to incidents, alerts, and service requests according to SLAs. Maintain accurate documentation, inventory records, and change logs. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Support data center operations such as media handling, equipment decommissioning, and secure disposal. Assist with capacity management, audits, and compliance activities. Follow all safety, security, and access control procedures. Participate in flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Collaborate with network, systems, and facilities teams to resolve issues efficiently Skills, Experience and Requirements. Basic Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of experience working in a data center, NOC, or IT infrastructure role. Hands-on experience with server hardware and basic networking concepts. Must be a U.S. Person (e.g., U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, U.S. National or a protected individual under 8 U.S. C 1324 b(a)(3)) as the position requires access to U.S. export-restricted materials Preferred Qualifications. Associate’s degree in IT or related field. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with operating systems (Linux and/or Windows Servers. Ability to follow detailed procedures and troubleshoot methodically. Data center certifications (e.g., Comp. TIA A , Network , Server , or vendor-specific hardware certifications)Experience in ServiceNow or ticketing systems and asset management tools. Exposure to cloud or hyperscale data center environments. Basic understanding of networking (TCP/ IP, LAN/ WAN, switches, patch panels)Experience supporting 24 x 7 operations Essential Job Functions:Work performed in a secure data center environment. Ability to lift equipment up to ~50 lbs, standing, bending, working in cold aisles. Exposure to loud noise, cold temperatures, and raised flooring. Ability to lift, rack, and move hardware with or without assistance. Must adhere to strict safety and security policies Visa sponsorship not available for this role Salary Ranges. Compensation: $59,500.00/ Year - $85,000.00/ Year Benefits. The base pay range shown is a guideline.
