As a Digital Product Manager, you will tackle operational inefficiencies by transforming manual workflows into streamlined, user-centric experiences that scale across the enterprise. You will also serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional departments, solving the hurdles of technology adoption by guiding teams through the practical implementation of emerging AI initiatives. What Success Looks Like (Objectives)Deliver a roadmap of high-impact internal tools that streamline shared services and reduce operational friction across the enterprise. Drive measurable improvements in employee productivity by co-creating user-centric interfaces with engineering and UX design teams. Accelerate organizational AI maturity by acting as a consultant to departments looking to launch intelligent automation and LLM-based solutions. Optimize the internal user journey through rigorous analysis of system usage data and employee feedback cycles. Achieve departmental OK - Rs centered on digital transformation speed, feature adoption rates, and cost-saving process improvements. Support the enterprise AI enablement strategy by identifying opportunities to integrate automation into standard digital workflows Skills, Experience and Requirements. Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)A foundational understanding of the digital product lifecycle and agile principles to support efficient development sprints. The ability to interpret system performance metrics and user feedback into clear requirements for UI and AI prompt improvements. Strong collaborative communication skills to facilitate alignment between technical developers and business end-users. Literacy in emerging AI technologies and a proactive approach to applying LL - Ms to solve internal business challenges. High adaptability and a growth mindset focused on continuous learning within a fast-paced technology environment. Experience participating in software development projects or digital transformation initiatives, whether through internships or professional roles. Minimum Requirements. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related analytical field. Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, business analysis, or a related internship. Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 2 years of exposure to:Agile or Scrum methodologies and backlog organization. Data interpretation using spreadsheets or analytics platforms. User experience (UX) fundamentals or design-thinking frameworks. Visa sponsorship not available for this role Salary Ranges. Compensation: $83,160.00/ Year - $118,800.00/ Year Benefits.
